Via Wikipedia: Sara Groves is an American contemporary Christian singer, songwriter, record producer, and author. Born September 10, 1972, in Burnsville, Minnesota, she earned degrees in history and English from Evangel University and taught high school before launching her music career in 1998. Known for introspective lyrics and folk-pop arrangements, she’s released over a dozen albums including *Add to the Beauty*, *Fireflies and Songs*, and *Floodplain*. Groves has been nominated for multiple Dove Awards and is also active in social justice and community arts initiatives.
