We cannot escape the present. We can remember the past and conceptualise the future, but we always live in what we call &#8220;now.&#8221;\n<br><br>\nTime is the measurement between two instances in the ever-existing and moving present. By keeping the intervals between the instances constant we set a standard that can be used by others to synchronise to and thus document increments of time with the same measurement.\n<br><br>\nTime is preferrably measured by reliable cycles, like the roation of the Earth, and its revolution around the Sun, or the duration of a force. It always exists, and the measurement of it is best with a reliable constant.\n<br><br>\nIs it a new dimension?
