Via Wikipedia: David Wallace Crowder, known professionally as Crowder, is an American Christian musician born November 29, 1971, in Texarkana, Texas. He first rose to prominence as the frontman of the David Crowder Band, which disbanded in 2012. Since then, Crowder has released multiple solo albums blending worship, bluegrass, folk, and electronic elements. His solo debut *Neon Steeple* featured the hit “I Am,” and subsequent albums like *American Prodigal*, *Milk & Honey*, and *The Exile* have topped Christian charts. Crowder is known for his eclectic style, signature beard, and energetic live performances.
