This video expresses a lot of what I’ve been feeling recently. Religion IS important for people, despite its horrid past, as is relationship with God. I think the two must coincide to provide truly enriched spiritual lives.

I have issue with the last comment, however, saying it is deeper than anything that can be found within any newly created denomination. My friend, newer denominations still represent God the same way the Catholic church does. They form ministries, they take communion, they fellowship, study the Bible, confess their sins to each other and provide a place to praise and worship God.
