Via Wikipedia: Living Sacrifice is an American Christian metal band formed in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1989. Initially rooted in thrash and death metal, their sound evolved into groove metal and metalcore with the release of *Reborn* in 1997. The band has released eight studio albums and is known for its spiritual themes and technical intensity. Founding members Bruce Fitzhugh and Lance Garvin remain central to the group, which has influenced acts like Norma Jean, P.O.D., and Evanescence. After disbanding in 2003, Living Sacrifice reunited in 2008 and continues to perform and record.
